Information collected
When someone submits the website enquiry form, Citus may receive their name, email address, budget range, project description, and any other information they choose to include in the message.
How the information is used
- To respond to project enquiries and follow-up questions.
- To understand project requirements, delivery scope, and technical fit.
- To manage pre-sales discussions and future communication related to the enquiry.
Third-party processing
The current enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver messages to the Citus inbox. Information submitted through the form may therefore be processed by FormSubmit and the email providers used to receive and store those messages.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, assess a project opportunity, maintain records of communication, or comply with legal obligations.
